This sitemap lists every public page on rubytee.com in one place. Below the list you will find a guide to how the store is organized, what each section and policy covers, and the quickest route to the answer you need. Collections appear in the list as soon as they have shirts available.

How rubytee.com is organized

Rubytee is a focused T-shirt store, and the site is built around three simple areas: the shop, where you browse and buy; the help pages, where you find answers about orders, delivery, returns and refunds; and the company pages, which explain who we are and the rules that apply when you shop with us. Every page is reachable from the menu at the top or the links at the bottom of each page, and everything on this sitemap is also listed in the footer.

The shop

The shop starts at Shop All, which shows every T-shirt in the store. From there, the collections narrow things down in three different ways: by style, by who the shirt is for, and by the occasion or theme of the design.

Shopping by style

The T-Shirts collection is the core of the store and is divided by the cut of the shirt. Short Sleeve T-Shirts are the classic crew neck tees most people wear every day and the most popular canvas for printed designs. Long Sleeve T-Shirts add full-length sleeves for cooler days and layering. Tank Tops are sleeveless shirts for workouts, festivals and summer heat. V-Neck T-Shirts have an open V neckline that layers neatly under jackets and overshirts. Each collection page begins with a short guide to the style, explaining what it is good for and how to choose the size.

Shopping by fit and size

Women’s T-Shirts brings together styles chosen with a women’s fit in mind, with shaped side seams or lengths that work well tucked or loose. Plus Size T-Shirts makes it easy to browse the range in 2XL, 3XL, 4XL and 5XL. Every Rubytee T-shirt comes in sizes S to 5XL, so plus-size shoppers can choose from the same designs as everyone else; this collection simply puts the larger sizes front and center.

Shopping by theme

Graphic Tees is where you find printed designs grouped by the moment they are made for. Funny T-Shirts collects witty slogans and playful prints for gifts and everyday laughs. Holiday T-Shirts covers the big celebrations of the year, from winter holidays to Halloween and Independence Day. Sports T-Shirts are original designs for fans, players and game-day crowds, without unofficial team logos. Family & Event T-Shirts is the place for reunion shirts, birthday weekends, group trips and charity walks.

Product pages

Each product page shows the design, the available sizes and colors, the price in US dollars and the product description, including care guidance. Choose your options, add the shirt to your cart, and continue shopping or go to checkout. Product pages link to the Size Guide next to the size options so you can check measurements before you buy.

Help and support pages

The help pages answer the questions customers ask before and after ordering. If you only remember one page, make it the Help Center: it summarizes every topic and links to the full policies.

Before you order

• Size Guide: chest and length measurements for S to 5XL in inches and centimeters, how to measure a shirt you own, choosing between sizes and fit notes by style.
• Shipping & Delivery: free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, processing of 1–3 business days, typical transit of 3–7 business days, customs and import charges, and what happens if a parcel is late or lost.
• Payment Methods: how payment works at checkout, US dollar pricing and exchange rates, payment security, and what to do if a payment is declined.
• FAQs: nearly forty short answers about orders, shipping, returns, sizing, payments and accounts.

After you order

• Order Tracking: look up your order with your order number and email, learn what each order status means and what to do if tracking stops.
• Cancel or Change an Order: free cancellations and changes within 24 hours if your order has not shipped, and how cancelled orders are refunded.
• Returns & Exchanges Policy: return or exchange any shirt within 60 days of delivery, for any reason, with step-by-step instructions.
• Refund Policy: when refunds are approved, how much is refunded in each situation and the 7-calendar-day processing time.

Talking to us

• Contact Us: our support email, response time, what to include in a message and our business details.
• Submit a Ticket: pre-filled email tickets by topic, such as exchanges, damaged items, refunds, sizing advice and group orders.

• About Us: what Rubytee sells, how we think about a good T-shirt and our customer promise.

Account pages

My Account lets you sign in, see past orders, check order status and manage saved addresses. You do not need an account to buy; guest checkout works for every order. The Cart shows the shirts you have chosen, and checkout is where you enter delivery details and pay. Account, cart and checkout pages are personal to you, so they are not listed in search engines.

Suggested paths for common visits

Buying a gift

Start in Graphic Tees or Funny T-Shirts to find a design, then check the Size Guide for the recipient’s likely size. At checkout, enter the recipient’s address for delivery and add a message in the order notes. Before you go, read the gift section of our Returns & Exchanges Policy so you know the recipient can swap the size within 60 days of delivery.

Organizing matching shirts for a group

Browse Family & Event T-Shirts or Holiday T-Shirts, share the Size Guide with your group to collect sizes, and check timing in Shipping & Delivery. If your date is close, open a group order ticket on Submit a Ticket before you order so we can confirm the timing.

Shopping in 2XL to 5XL

Go straight to Plus Size T-Shirts, then compare chest width and length with a shirt you own using the plus-size section of the Size Guide. Remember that every design in the store is offered in the full size range.

Ordering from Canada, Australia or New Zealand

Read the customs section of Shipping & Delivery for import charges, check delivery estimates, and see the international notes in our Returns & Exchanges Policy about return postage to the USA. Prices are in US dollars, as explained on Payment Methods.

Something went wrong with an order

For a late parcel, start at Order Tracking. For a flawed, damaged or wrong shirt, open a damaged-item ticket on Submit a Ticket and attach photos. For anything about money, see the Refund Policy.

How pages are kept up to date

Each policy and help page shows a “Last updated” date at the top, so you can see when it last changed. When we update a number that appears on several pages, such as a delivery estimate, we update every page that mentions it at the same time, so the Help Center, the FAQs and the full policies always agree. If you ever spot two pages that seem to say different things, please let us know; the more specific policy page applies, and we will correct the other page straight away.

New collections appear in the sitemap list above automatically once they contain shirts, and collections that are temporarily empty are hidden from the list until new designs arrive. The help and policy pages are always listed.

Using search

The search icon at the top of every page searches all products in the store. Search works best with short, specific words: a style (“long sleeve”, “tank”), a theme (“holiday”, “reunion”, “funny”) or a word from a design. If a search returns nothing, try a broader word or browse the collections listed above.

Our promises, wherever you are on the site

The same commitments apply across every page and every collection: free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand; 60 days from delivery to return or exchange any shirt; approved refunds processed within 7 calendar days; free cancellation or changes within 24 hours if your order has not shipped; and a reply from our team within 1 business day. The numbers on this page always match the policies they link to.

Accessibility and site feedback

If a page is hard to read, a link does not work, or you cannot find something you expected, please tell us. Email support@rubytee.com with the page address and a short description. We fix problems quickly and use feedback to make the site easier to use for everyone. If you need help completing an order because of an accessibility issue, we will help you by email.

Bookmarks worth keeping

Most customers only ever need three pages after their first order: Order Tracking to follow a parcel, the Size Guide to reorder in the right size, and Returns & Exchanges in case a shirt needs swapping. Bookmark them and you will rarely need to search for anything else.

For search engines

Alongside this page, the store publishes a machine-readable XML sitemap for search engines. It lists the same public pages and collections that contain shirts. Pages that are personal to you, such as your cart, checkout and account, are deliberately left out.
