Rubytee is an online T-shirt store. We sell printed and everyday T-shirts for adults, in sizes from S all the way to 5XL, and we ship every order free from the USA to customers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. 1. What Rubytee is about

A T-shirt is the most worn piece of clothing most people own. It goes to work under a jacket, to the gym, to the beach, to a family reunion, to bed. It carries jokes, team spirit, holiday cheer and inside references that only your friends understand. Because a T-shirt does so much, we think it deserves the same care as anything else you buy: a design worth wearing, a fit that is predictable, and a store that tells you plainly what will happen after you click “Place order”.

That is the whole idea behind Rubytee. We keep the range focused on T-shirts so we can explain every style properly, publish real measurements, and answer questions about them quickly and accurately. You will not find furniture, phone cases or a hundred unrelated categories here, just shirts.

2. What we sell

Our catalog is organized the way people actually shop for T-shirts: by style, by who it is for, and by the moment it is meant for.

Every product page lists the sizes and colors available for that design, along with care instructions. If a style has measurements that differ from our standard chart, the product page says so.

3. Sizes from S to 5XL, for everyone

Too many stores stop at XL or 2XL, or charge plus-size shoppers with fewer choices. At Rubytee, the full range of sizes is part of the plan from the start: our T-shirts are offered from S to 5XL, so a family buying matching reunion shirts or a team ordering for every player does not have to leave anyone out.

Sizes are only useful if they are predictable, so we publish garment measurements for each size in inches and centimeters in our Size Guide, together with a simple method for measuring a shirt you already own. If you are still unsure, email us the measurements of your favorite T-shirt and we will recommend a size. And if a shirt does not fit, you can exchange it within 60 days of delivery; we pay to ship the new size to you.

4. How we think about a good T-shirt

We look at T-shirts the way a customer does, which comes down to a handful of practical questions:

  • Does the design deserve to be worn? We sell designs created for Rubytee or used under licence, with original artwork and lettering. We do not sell unofficial versions of team logos, characters or other brands.
  • Will the fit be what I expect? That is why every size has published measurements, and why we explain how styles such as women’s fits, tanks and long sleeves differ from the classic crew neck.
  • Will it look good after washing? We include care guidance with our products and on our site, because how a shirt is washed and dried makes a real difference to both the fabric and the print.
  • Is the product page honest? We describe what you will receive, and if a shirt arrives different from its description, the return is on us.

5. What happens when you order

We like to make the process completely transparent, so here it is, step by step:

  1. You place your order and receive an order confirmation email with your order number.
  2. Within 1–3 business days, your shirts are checked and packed and the parcel is handed to the carrier.
  3. You receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Typical transit is 3–7 business days.
  4. Your parcel arrives. If anything is wrong, such as a flaw, damage or the wrong size, tell us within 60 days and we replace or refund it.

Shipping is free on every order to our four destination countries, with no minimum spend. Orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand cross a border, so customs checks can add a few days, and the destination country may charge import duties or taxes. Everything is explained in Shipping & Delivery.

7. Who shops with us

Rubytee customers buy T-shirts for all kinds of reasons. Some want a reliable everyday tee in their exact size and keep coming back for more colors. Some are looking for a funny or seasonal design as a gift. Many are organizing something: matching shirts for a family reunion, a birthday weekend away, a 5K fundraiser, a bachelor or bachelorette trip, a holiday photo. 8. Ordering for a group or an event

Group orders have their own challenges: collecting sizes from many people, meeting a fixed date and handling the one person whose shirt does not fit. We are happy to help before you order. Email us your design, the number of shirts and your event date, and we will tell you honestly whether the timing works. After delivery, every shirt in a group order can be exchanged individually within 60 days, so one person swapping a size does not affect anyone else.

We collect only the information we need to deliver your order and support you, we do not sell personal information, and payments are processed by a secure payment provider so we never see your full card number. Our Privacy Policy explains the details and your rights.

If you are not sure which style to choose, here is a quick guide to the shirts you will find at Rubytee.

Short sleeve crew neck

The classic T-shirt: a round, close neckline and sleeves that end above the elbow. It is the most versatile style and the best canvas for printed designs on the front and back. If you only buy one style, start here.

Long sleeve

The same comfortable body with full-length sleeves. Good for cooler days, outdoor work and layering under a vest or open shirt. Many people buy their usual size; if you like to push sleeves up or wear a layer underneath, size up.

Tank top

Sleeveless, with deeper armholes for airflow and movement. Made for heat, workouts, festivals and beach days, and a strong choice for bold front prints.

V-neck

A T-shirt with a V-shaped neckline that sits more openly at the collar. It layers neatly under an open button-down or jacket and feels a little dressier than a crew neck.

Women’s fit

Shaped through the sides, often with a softer neckline, for a closer fit than a unisex tee. Prefer a looser look? 13. Caring for your Rubytee shirt

A little care goes a long way with printed cotton. Turn your shirt inside out before washing, use cold or warm water with similar colors and a mild detergent, and skip bleach. Tumble dry on low heat or hang it to dry, which also helps the shirt keep its size. If you need to iron, iron inside out on a low setting and never directly on the print. Following these simple steps keeps the fabric soft and the design sharp for many washes.
